MOBE is a new resource available to you, designed to strengthen your current health management efforts. We're not your insurance company, or a health care provider. Our services are being offered as part of your existing insurance plan, at no additional cost to you.

How does MOBE work?

While your total health picture is unique to you, MOBE focuses on five elements that are common to all of us, and central to our well-being. These include what we eat, how we sleep, how we move, our emotions, and medications we may use to support our bodies.

What are the credentials of a MOBE Guide?

Guides are health care professionals with years of experience in areas like chiropractic, nursing, nutrition, and pharmacy. This background makes them well-qualified, both professionally and personally, to provide guidance in lifestyle changes that can improve your overall well-being.

Does MOBE replace my relationship with my doctor?

No. MOBE complements your existing physician relationships. We don’t practice medicine, prescribe treatment, or provide a diagnosis. MOBE enhances your current care by helping you make the most of your body’s natural healing abilities.

Where do I find MOBE?

You can connect with MOBE’s resources over the phone, through the MOBE Health Guide app, or online.

How much does MOBE cost?

There is no additional cost to you; it is provided as part of your current health plan.

Does my participation affect my insurance coverage or premium cost?

No.

Does MOBE share my information?
