What is MOBE?

MOBE is a company with a mission to guide people to better health and more happiness. And for you, it’s an experience: custom health guidance around everything that affects your health.

You have one-to-one phone conversations and on-app messaging with an experienced health professional. You talk with the same person consistently, at whatever pace works for you.

Why has MOBE reached out to me?

We try to connect with people who may be open to our help and who may be experiencing barriers to being as healthy as they’d like to be.

The health plans and large employers we work with encourage us to reach out to some of their people with personalized, one-to-one guidance. MOBE has a complex process, based on health care histories, that determines which people get MOBE.

How does MOBE work?

You’re paired with your own MOBE Guide, an experienced health professional. You connect with your Guide over the phone or on a mobile app, at your convenience.

Your Guide gets to know you on a personal level and considers your whole health picture. They support your efforts and help you figure out ways to improve your sleep, nutrition, stress level, exercise, and medications. Your experience may include conversations with a MOBE Pharmacist, too.

What are the credentials of a MOBE Guide?

Our Guides all have at least five years of professional experience in a health-related field, so their backgrounds are varied. They’re all well qualified and personable. We have MOBE Pharmacists, too, who can help you make sure any medications you may take work as they should.

Does MOBE replace my relationship with my doctor?

No, MOBE complements your medical care. We help you make the most of your body’s natural healing abilities and discover ways to control what you can about your health. You may get more out of your visit to your doctor’s office with insights you gain from your MOBE experience.

How do I connect with my Guide?

You can connect with your Guide over the phone, from our website, or on our mobile app, “MOBE Health Guide."

How much does MOBE cost?

We have a relationship with your health plan that allows us to help you, without charging you anything. There really is no additional cost to you. We want to help you improve your health so you can spend less time in doctors’ offices and more time living life, feeling the best you can.

Does getting help from MOBE affect my insurance coverage or premium cost?

No, not at all. We’re separate from your health plan, so there’s no paperwork and no effect on your coverage or premium. There’s nothing for you to take care of besides yourself, and we’re here to help you with that.

You don't need anything from your health plan to get started with MOBE, but you should feel free to contact them if you'd like reassurance we're for real.

Does MOBE share my information?

No, we keep your conversations with us and your information private. If you talk with a MOBE Pharmacist, they send recommendations to your doctor, unless you prefer they don’t.
