To get the latest version of the app, follow the instructions below based on your mobile device.

Updating your app on Apple iOS.

If you have automatic updates turned on:

  1. Once the update is available, it will automatically update your MOBE Health Guide app.
  2. The first time you sign in you’ll need to create a password to log in. The new app will help guide you through the registration steps. If you’re interested in more detailed instructions, see the account registration details in the FAQs below.
  3. Log in and explore all the new app has to offer. From new tracking features to an expanded content library packed with resources, enjoy all the benefits of MOBE at your fingertips.

  1. Open the App Store. Go to your account by clicking on your profile photo in the upper right corner. Look for updates available.
  2. You should see a new update available for the MOBE Health Guide app. Click UPDATE.

  4. Log in and explore all the new app has to offer. From new tracking features to an expanded content library packed with resources, enjoy all the benefits of MOBE at your fingertips.

Have an Apple device but not sure if you have automatic updates turned on?

  1. Open the App Store. Go to your account by clicking on your profile photo in the upper right corner.
  2. Here you should see which apps have a recent update to download.
  3. If MOBE Health Guide appears on the list of available updates, click UPDATE to get the new app.

  1. First delete the existing MOBE Health Guide app off your phone.
  2. Open the Google Play store. Search for MOBE Health Guide and click Install.

How do I register for an account?

If you have an email address and password to log in to the MOBE website:

  1. Open the app and enter your email address.
  2. On the next screen, enter your password.

If you already have a MOBE Health Guide app account:

  1. Open the app and enter the phone number you registered in the original app. A text message with a verification code will be sent to that number.
  2. Enter the verification code.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password. Click Create account.
  4. Follow the steps in the verification email to confirm your email address.
  5. You may now log in using your email address and new password.

If you’re completely new to MOBE:

  1. Open the app and click Don’t have a MOBE account? Start here.
  2. Follow the prompts to enter your first name, last name, and date of birth to verify eligibility.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password. Click Create account.
  4. Follow the steps in the verification email to confirm your email address.
  5. You may now log in using your email address and new password.

Can I use my old username and password?

If you previously logged into the MOBE website on a computer or laptop, you’ll use the same email and password for the new app. Otherwise, you’ll need to register your email address as your username and create a password.

Does MOBE share my information?

Will I have the same MOBE Guide and Pharmacist in the new app? What about my upcoming appointments?

Yes. Your Guide, Pharmacist, and any upcoming appointments will carry over to the new app.

Can I schedule with a MOBE Pharmacist in the new app?

Yes. You will now be able to schedule appointments with a Pharmacist in the new app.

What will happen to my chats with my Guide?

Your chats with your Guide will carry over to the new app. You will be able to continue chatting with your Guide where you left off.

Will my shared content from my Guide be in the new app?

Most of your previous shared content will be available in the new app, in addition to a new library with new articles and resources to explore.

Will my tasks and action list still be the same?

Tasks are now called Activities in the new app. Like the previous version of the app, your Guide will assign Activities based on the best next steps the two of you discussed for your personal goals.

Can I connect my wearable such as Fitbit or Apple Watch?

Not yet, but that ability is coming soon.
