New from MOBE: Guided Medication services

At MOBE, we're always looking for more ways to help people feel better. That's why we're introducing a new service dedicated to medication management—helping people better understand the medications they're taking, so they can achieve their healthiest life possible.

How does Guided Medication work?

MOBE provides Guided Medication services to help minimize risk and improve the safety of medication therapy. If you’re eligible for these services, you’ll have access to a knowledgeable and dedicated MOBE Pharmacy Guide. This complements the care you’re receiving from your doctor, who remains in charge of your medication. Regular, one-to-one phone conversations with your Pharmacy Guide provide the opportunity to:

  • Answer your questions about how and when to take medication.
  • Understand why medication was prescribed and what it's supposed to do.
  • Discuss common side effects, warnings and potential adverse reactions.
  • Talk about potential interactions with other prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
  • Understand the difference between essential and elective medications.
  • Learn the importance of taking medication how and when your doctor prescribed, and making sure you can do that.
  • Prepare new questions or concerns for the doctor managing your therapy.
  • Address questions or concerns about getting multiple prescriptions from more than one doctor or pharmacy.

The key to our Guided Medication services is one-to-one conversations with knowledgeable, dedicated pharmacists. If you're eligible for this new service, you'll receive more information about it from MOBE, your health care provider or insurance company.
