There are three different ways to work with MOBE, based on your personal preference:

  • Talk to a MOBE Guide over the phone and connect the dots between your diet, sleep habits, movement, and emotional well-being.
  • Work with a MOBE Pharmacist. Ask questions, check for interactions, and make sure your meds are at their best.
  • Download the MOBE Health Guide app to message directly with your Guide, get handpicked resources, and track steps, water intake, weight, and more.

How do I get my gift card?

Each gift card will automatically be sent to the email address we have on file for you after your qualifying third and fifth actions.

Which activities count from the app?

Activities will appear in your “Activities list” once you sign in to the app, and match with a Guide. Activities could include watching short videos, reading articles from your Guide, or completing surveys.
