Cucumber Mint Infused Water

  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 12 leaves fresh mint, torn

For garnish (optional):

  • Cucumber slices
  • Mint leaves

  1. Wash the fruit, vegetables, and/or herbs. Slice the fruits and vegetables and tear the sprigs or leaves of the herbs.
  2. Add the ingredients into a large pitcher of water and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
  3. Then, remove the fruit and herbs. Pour over ice and garnish as desired.

MOBE kitchen tips:

  • These recipes call for refrigerating the water for 24 hours to infuse flavor. However, you can refrigerate for as little as 4 hours and still get the flavor infusion. The longer the water sits chilled in the fridge, the stronger the flavor.
  • Be sure to remove the seeds from the lemon slices, so they don’t end up in your water.

Recipe notes:

  • Try different combinations of herbs, vegetables, and fruit to find your favorite pairings.
  • If you’d like bubbles in your infused water, pour the infused water into a glass over ice and then add seltzer to the top. A ratio of ¾ infused water to ¼ seltzer water is often a good mix.
