Ingredients
- 2–3 large apples, cored and chopped
- ½ teaspoon fresh minced ginger or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- 2–4 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅓ cup water

Instructions
- First, core your apples and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan over low-medium heat and cook for 5–8 minutes with the lid on.
- Remove the lid and continue to cook until the apples are tender to desired texture. Add more water to thin out, as needed
- Best served warm. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
