This colorful and refreshing mocktail is slightly tart, but just sweet enough. It’s perfect for warmer spring or summer evenings—or even an outdoor lunch. The seltzer water adds sparkle, which also makes this a great drink for special occasions. This fruit-infused mocktail is naturally sweetened (by fruit) with no added sugar, and is a healthier alternative to sugary beverages.

Ingredients
4 orange sections
2 strawberries, stemmed, and quartered (approximately ¼ cup)
2 ounces orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
1 frozen fruit popsicle, no sugar added, fruit punch or strawberry flavor
8 ounces lemon seltzer water
1 strawberry
1 orange slice

Instructions
- Add ice to cocktail glass or other glassware. Add orange sections. Muddle orange sections with a fork or a spoon so they release some of their juices. Add strawberries and orange juice. Insert popsicle (stick side up) into the glass. Top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with a strawberry and orange slice—either place each on the rim of the glass or together on a toothpick. Serve.

- Muddling means to gently mash the fruit so that it releases some of its juices.
Recipe notes:
- Make it even more festive and fun by preparing in a stemless wine glass or mason jar.
- You can use any fresh orange variety for this recipe (tangerine, navel, Cara Cara, blood orange, etc.).
- If you don’t have fresh strawberries, you can substitute whole frozen strawberries.
- Feel free to use plain or other flavored seltzer water if you don’t have lemon on hand.
