Easy and delicious Spinach Tortillas.
So much goodness, so many ways to enjoy. These nutrition-packed tortillas make a great alternative to pizza night, or a quick and delicious appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of tortillas (spinach, whole wheat, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.)
- 1 bag (or container) of baby spinach
- Shredded cheese (of your liking)
- 1 large onion
- Walnuts
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut onions into slivers.
- Put baby spinach in a bowl and season with garlic powder and salt, then drizzle on some olive oil and toss.
- Lay tortillas out on a flat baking pan.
- Generously put baby spinach with seasoning onto tortillas (it cooks down).
- Sprinkle cheese, add a layer of the onion, and finish topping with the walnuts.
- Put in the oven for 10–15 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and cut into desired slices!
