Is the service just talking with someone? How is that going to help me?

By making the time for a phone call with your Guide or a conversation through the MOBE Health Guide app, you’re already taking the first step to prioritizing yourself and overall well-being.

In addition to the health tools you’ll learn to use through the process, these conversations are meant to spark your own wisdom. You might already have an idea of what areas in your life you want to work on or where you could make some changes for your health. Your Guide will help you put all the pieces together and crack the puzzle on how to make effective and sustainable changes. This ripple effect can lead to profound shifts in the quality of your health and energy.

What are my Guide’s qualifications?

MOBE Guides come from a variety of backgrounds, including nurses, chiropractors, health coaches, nutritionists, and mental health professionals. Guides rely on their health care experience as well as science-based principals to help you along your journey.

Am I eligible for MOBE services? What does the program cost?

You might qualify for custom health guidance from MOBE as part of your current health plan. There is no cost to you—participating is a complimentary benefit.

Will MOBE have access to my health information or share what we discuss with my health plan or medical providers?

No. MOBE takes your privacy very seriously. Your MOBE Guide doesn’t have access to your health information, so you get to decide what you’d like them to know about your health history.

Additionally, nothing you share with your Guide will be passed on to your insurance plan or medical team. Our records are confidential, and we follow HIPAA guidelines for protecting personal health information.
