In a significant move to improve health outcomes, the Minnesota Healthcare Consortium (MHC) has come together with MOBE to offer a whole-person, cross-condition solution to its members and adult dependents.
MHC unites seven service cooperatives comprised of cities, counties, and school districts across Minnesota to deliver affordable, stable health coverage and promote lifelong well-being for members. In collaboration with MOBE, MHC will provide innovative lifestyle guidance and comprehensive medication management to help bridge gaps in care and make lasting improvements in health outcomes.
“We’re excited to work with MHC to bring human-led care that truly helps people make meaningful changes in how they sleep, eat, move, and manage their medications. When individuals take control of their health and start feeling better, it not only improves their well-being, but it also enhances their work, their relationships, and their overall quality of life,” says Tim Lacy, president of MOBE.
Paul Bravinder, Board Chair at MHC adds, “MOBE’s unique and personalized one-to-one approach to improving health aligns perfectly with our mission to promote lifelong member well-being. We’re looking forward to working with MOBE to continue to offer affordable, high-value benefits.”
