  • Manage your notification settings in the MOBE Health Guide app. Select Main Menu > Settings > My Notifications to see your options.
• Sync your Fitbit®, Apple Health®, or other health tracker to your account. 
  • Open the MOBE Health Guide app. Select main Menu > Connect Health Data to import your progress information.
• Match with a Guide to work on your health goals together.
  • Select your preferences for language, availability, and gender to find the Guide who’s right for you.
• Partner with a Pharmacist to better manage your meds.
  • Review your medication list, get recommendations after your calls, and schedule your next call with a Pharmacist.
