Mandy graduated from Rockhurst University and has worked as a speech pathologist for over 20 years.  She has spent most of her career studying how genetics, the environment, and past experiences impact our nervous systems and brain. This work allows her to help people find ways to shift their mindset, explore meaningful 
avenues to access motivation, and achieve their health goals.​
