MINNEAPOLIS, October 8, 2026 – MOBE announced the appointment of Jeff Rollins as Senior Vice President, Health Plan Sales. Rollins brings more than 25 years of health care experience to help MOBE expand its relationships with health plans.

Rollins brings more than 25 years of experience developing commercial strategies and strategic partnerships across health care. He has held leadership roles at Magellan Health, Evolent, and Medical Review Institute of America, working with national and regional health plans across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets.
As SVP, Health Plan Sales, Rollins will connect MOBE’s capabilities with health plan priorities and build enterprise partnerships.
