Health care veteran will lead corporate and product strategy to drive greater value for MOBE’s clients, partners, and participants.
MINNEAPOLIS, October 23, 2026 – MOBE is excited to announce that Sean Gregory, PhD, has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience across managed care, life sciences, and academic research. Gregory will lead MOBE’s corporate and product strategy, translating the company’s whole-person, clinical health guidance and medication optimization outcomes into value for health plans, employers, and partners.
Gregory has held leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Magellan Health, and Cognito Therapeutics and serves on the research faculty at Baylor College of Medicine. His published research focuses on the cost-effectiveness of health interventions and physician well-being. He earned his PhD and MS in Health Services Research from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from Florida State University.
