You’re worth it: Words of encouragement from the MOBE Guides.

There's a great big year ahead, and it's full of possibilities. In light of that, we asked our MOBE Guides, "If you could give a general word of encouragement to everyone working with MOBE, what would it be?" Whether you're new to MOBE, or you've been with us for a while, we hope you take their words to heart:

  • You are worth it. Take this time to work on improving yourself because you deserve it. Don’t feel guilty about doing something for you.
  • Trust the process! Believe that you will find answers and you will feel better. Even when you don't understand why you are listening to another story - trust that it will all fall into place.
  • Stick with the small changes and they'll stick with you. Don't get too overwhelmed by trying to change things all at once.
  • It takes a lot of courage to change, but MOBE Guides are behind you 100%. Your journey won't be a straight line; there will be ups and downs, sometimes you will feel discouraged, but know you have everything you need within yourself to be successful!
  • No matter how badly off you find yourself now, change for the better is not only possible; it's INEVITABLE if you keep on working at it. Believe in yourself and your ability to make things better!
  • If you play with possible changes in your mind and within your outer environment, this journey can actually make you smile and laugh.
  • You will get out of this program what you put into it. You are worth the time and effort it takes to transform yourself.

We want to hear from you.
