MOBE expands C-suite to support continued growth across markets.

MOBE veteran leaders to shift roles; Meg Rush to Chief Operations Officer and Scott Hawkins to Chief Strategy Officer

MINNEAPOLIS, December 3, 2021—MOBE, a company combining advanced data analytics with one-to-one personalized health guidance, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the promotions of Meg Rush from Chief Digital Officer to Chief Operations Officer, and Scott Hawkins from Chief Operations Officer to Chief Strategy Officer. As MOBE’s impact continues to grow across the U.S., both Meg and Scott will support MOBE’s expansion into new markets in 2022 to reach and engage more individuals in the company’s mission to guide people to better health and more happiness.

“The pandemic shone a spotlight on gaps in our health care system, and with society’s renewed focus around improved mental and physical well-being, MOBE’s holistic approach to wellness is more timely and essential than ever,” said Chris Cronin, CEO, MOBE. “Our vision for 2022 is to continue expanding our offering so we can reach all of those who need it most. Both Meg and Scott have been instrumental in accelerating our core mission, and their commitment is a central part of making our vision a reality. We look forward to what the year ahead will bring for our team, our customers, and—most importantly—to the people we serve.”

As Chief Strategy Officer, Scott Hawkins will lead efforts to broaden MOBE's reach with his deep knowledge of internal operations, market operations, channel diversification, and research techniques. Previously serving as MOBE’s Chief Operations Officer, Scott’s passion for MOBE’s mission has been an integral part of the company’s growth in 2021. Scott joined MOBE in 2018 with decades of leadership experience in the health care field, including positions at Harris Interactive, JD Power and Associates, and Medtronic.

As Chief Operations Officer, Meg Rush will lead efforts to further innovate the MOBE experience for participants, by ensuring that MOBE teams have the resources and strategies in place to continuously advance the program and help guide participants on their path to better health. Prior to joining MOBE in 2020 as Chief Digital Officer, Meg held leadership positions at world-class health care companies such as Anthem, WebMD Health Services, and UnitedHealth Group. With expertise, integrity, and technical savvy, she inspired the development of MOBE’s digital ecosystem and helped define the MOBE participant journey.

News of MOBE’s expanding c-suite comes on the heels of an exciting wave of growth across MOBE’s team in 2021. In May, MOBE announced the addition of two industry-leading Chief Commercial Officers—Von Miles and Denise Vance-Rodrigues, GBA—to help bring MOBE’S novel approach to both payer and self-insured employer populations, and in October, MOBE invested in its national presence with the additions of Jean Hallem, Christine Berndt, and Sandra Barbella to its commercial leadership team.

About MOBE

MOBE was founded in 2014 by health industry veterans who uncovered a way to use deep data science to identify people whose health care needs (and costs) are going up, but whose health concerns are not resolved.

MOBE combines this deep data science with digital health and a novel one-to-one, personalized approach to create a value-based wellness solution—engaging and supporting participants to achieve healthier and happier lives without any additional cost to the health system, employers, or insurers.
