  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or other low-fat milk or non-dairy alternative)

  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon slivered or sliced almonds

Instructions

For the smoothie:

Combine yogurt, blueberries, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour or scoop into a bowl.

For topping:

Top smoothie with bananas, raspberries, chia seeds, and almonds. You can arrange the toppings in a line, in a smiley face, or however you choose. Serve.

MOBE kitchen tip:

  • Greek yogurt makes for a thicker smoothie than regular yogurt, so it’s perfect for holding the toppings on the surface of this smoothie bowl.
